Woman Freed From The Mundane
A WOMAN was rescued by Isle of Wight fire-fighters yesterday evening (Sunday), after becoming trapped in the mundane, a commonly known danger of life on the Island.
Fire crews were called to a seafront dwelling close to Totland Pier at around 6pm, or 5pm for those of you yet to put your clocks forward.
The incident was brought to a safe conclusion around 7pm as the woman was left with a self help book and a guide to days out on the mainland, according to the Islands Fire and Rescue spokesperson.
It’s still unknown how long the woman was trapped.
